This policy applies in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nLPD, in force since 1 September 2023). When we process data of individuals located in the European Union, we also ensure compliance with the GDPR.

02

Data we collect

We only collect the data that is strictly necessary. Depending on your interaction with the site, this may include:

  • Contact data that you voluntarily provide via the form (name, email address, project type, indicative budget, description of your needs).
  • Answers to the “project brief” questionnaire, if you fill it in: a description of your business, goals, audience, the content and features you want, design references, the budget and timeline you have in mind, and your contact details.
  • Technical data, limited to what is necessary for the proper functioning and security of the site.
  • Exchanges with the assistant (chatbot): the content you enter in order to obtain a reply.

We do not collect any sensitive data and do not carry out any fully automated decision producing legal effects concerning you.

03

Purposes and legal bases

Your data is used to:

  • respond to your requests and prepare a personalised quote;
  • scope and price the project you describe in the “project brief” questionnaire;
  • ensure the follow-up of the relationship and our exchanges;
  • guarantee the security, stability and improvement of the site.

These processing operations are based on your consent, on the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request, as well as on our legitimate interest in managing and securing our activity.

04

Recipients of your data

Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be processed by technical service providers strictly necessary for the operation of the site (hosting, sending emails), who are bound by confidentiality and act on our instructions.

05

Hosting and data location

The site and the associated data are hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak Network SA (Geneva), on 100% Swiss infrastructure. Your data therefore remains subject to Swiss law. Any transfer outside Switzerland would only be carried out to countries offering an adequate level of protection, or with appropriate safeguards in place.

06

Retention period

We keep your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described: the time needed to process your request, then for the duration of our relationship and, where applicable, in accordance with the applicable legal retention periods. Once these periods have elapsed, your data is deleted or anonymised.

07

Cookies and local storage

This site limits the use of cookies to what is strictly necessary. Non-essential cookies (audience measurement, for example) are only placed with your consent, collected via our cookie management banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time, and configure your browser to refuse cookies.

The “project brief” questionnaire saves your answers in your browser's local storage, so that you can close the page and pick up later. That data stays on your device, only reaches us when you submit the form, and is never used for tracking. The “Erase everything and start over” button at the bottom of the questionnaire deletes it; clearing your browsing data does the same.

08

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures (encrypted connection, secure hosting, restricted access) in order to protect your data against any unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

09

Your rights

In accordance with the nLPD, you have a right of access, rectification, deletion and objection concerning your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@studio-alpix.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

10

Changes to this policy

This privacy policy may be updated to reflect legal or technical developments. The version in force is the one published on this page, together with its last updated date.

For any question regarding the protection of your data or to exercise your rights, contact us at contact@studio-alpix.com.
